1. Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must purchase and print their own return label.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Incorrect selection by the customer (e.g., wrong model, color, or size)

Change-of-mind purchases

Customized, personalized, or final sale items

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us by email within 14 days of delivery, attaching clear photos or videos.

Once verified, a replacement of the same item will be shipped free of charge.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued if:

The item is returned within 14 days and passes inspection

The return request was made within the 14-day period

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank to complete the refund process.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

A 30% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within the 12-hour window to cover processing and administrative costs.
