Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must purchase and print their own return label.

  • Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

    • Incorrect selection by the customer (e.g., wrong model, color, or size)

    • Change-of-mind purchases

    • Customized, personalized, or final sale items

  • To request a return, please contact us at lunapackofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us by email within 14 days of delivery, attaching clear photos or videos.

  • Once verified, a replacement of the same item will be shipped free of charge.

  • Not covered under this policy:

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage

    • Claims made after the 14-day window

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued if:

    • The item is returned within 14 days and passes inspection

    • The return request was made within the 14-day period

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank to complete the refund process.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

  • A 30% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within the 12-hour window to cover processing and administrative costs.
