1. Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days after dispatch.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

2. Responsibility

  • LunaPack is not responsible for:

    • Carrier delays

    • Packages marked as “delivered” but lost, stolen, or misdelivered

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

3. Lost in Transit

  • If a package is lost during transit (but not marked as delivered), please contact us at lunapackofficial@gmail.com.

  • A replacement may be offered at our discretion.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers must ensure their address details are correct before placing an order.

  • To update an address, email lunapackofficial@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, if the address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, no refund or compensation will be provided.
